All enrollment and student paperwork is submitted in Google Classroom. 1. Please create a separate, parent-controlled gmail account under each of your student’s full names but with parental information on the account. 2. Download Google Classroom to your device/s. Click the add a class button to join the grade appropriate Keystone class for your student with the code provided on the enrollment application. 3. All Keystone forms are fillable and are to be completed, saved on your computer, and uploaded in Google Classroom.

$35 per student Spring—June 20
$45 per student June 21—August 31
$55 per student after August 31

Immunization Record
Please upload your immunization record in Google Classroom. T-dap booster is required for all students entering 7th grade. If you are waiving this, please write that statement up and then upload in Google Classroom.
Teacher Qualifications
Online application available. Use Keystone group #289005 for discount. Click here and attach proof of membership.
Complete one for each parent/teacher. Include Sunday school or other
volunteer teaching experience.
Tuition:
$ 30.00 per month one student,
$ 45 for 2 students,
$ 55 for 3 students
with a maximum of $65 per family.
Tuition is paid on the 1st of the month, September through June.
Report of Health Exam for School Entry
(For students entering a CA public or private school in Kindergarten of 1st grade) Click here and use the form from Keystone Academy. Make sure the physician signs it. If you are waiving this, please write that statement up and upload it in Google Classroom.
